The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients. The ability to understand client needs and close deals effectively is a key aspect of this role. A self-motivated and result-driven attitude is highly valued in this position. Candidates from a DSA background are given more preference. Additionally, candidates with a wide knowledge of business loan, term loan, and overdraft facilities are encouraged to apply.
