Position: Sales Commission / Sales Compensation (Xactly) Experience: 7+ years Relevant Experience: 7+ years Industry: IT, Cyber Security, Product based companies Location: Pune Mode of Work: Work from Office Shift Timing: 5 PM - 2 AM IST (Shift allowances provided) Key Responsibilities: - Perform configuration, testing, and support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes. - Validate and review files for the monthly commission process. - Troubleshoot and resolve calculation and data errors. - Address compensation-related inquiries from the Sales Team promptly. - Prepare monthly commission reconciliation reports and sales attainment metrics. - Assist in general accounting tasks such as reconciliations and journal entries. - Update SOPs, checklists, and working files based on policy or operational changes. - Adapt to a hyper-growth environment and contribute as a utility player. - Must have a minimum of 6-7 years of sales compensation experience. - Show genuine commitment to the business mission of protecting customers from breaches. - Required experience in Xactly and Salesforce.com CRM. - Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting. - Self-motivated with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in commerce or science. Communication Skills: - Good to Excellent.
