Lead negotiations, contract closures, and long-term partnership agreements. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and demos. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of parking solutions. Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, city planners, and real estate developers. Work to meet revenue targets and expand business partnerships. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies. Maintain a strong CRM database and follow up on leads. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in tech, IoT, or smart city solutions). Experience selling IoT solutions, smart parking, real estate tech, or facility automation is a plus. Strong communication & presentation skills. Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of urban infrastructure, parking management is a plus. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
