Job Description

As a Sales Head at Finplan Edu, a Platinum Approved Learning Partner of ACCA and a rapidly growing professional education provider (US CMA, MIA), you will play a crucial role in leading student acquisition, driving enrolments, and managing a results-oriented team. Your responsibilities will encompass owning the entire sales lifecycle and directly contributing to the growth of Finplan. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering enrolment targets across ACCA, US CMA, and MIA, as well as enhancing funnel metrics. You will be tasked with managing telecounselors & BDEs, driving their performance through effective coaching. Ensuring zero lead leakage, CRM compliance, and SOP execution will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in building institutional tie-ups, monitoring trends, and aligning with market shifts to strategize effectively. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 6-9 years of experience in inside/B2C/education sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. Strong communication, closure, and team-building skills are essential, along with expertise in CRM systems like LeadSquared, Zoho, etc. A passion for student success and education is a key requirement. If you have previous experience selling professional courses such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, or MBA, it would be considered a bonus. An inclination towards a leadership role that combines growth, operations, and people management would be highly valued.
