As a Sales Associate at Viki Jewellers, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the presentation of the sales floor. Your duties will include greeting customers, answering their queries, guiding them through the purchasing process, and processing transactions. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain product knowledge, handle inventory management tasks such as stock checks and replenishment, and ensure the overall efficiency of the sales floor. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service and communication skills, along with sales and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling transactions is essential. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial, as well as good organizational and multitasking skills. While prior experience in retail or sales is a plus, it is not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this full-time on-site position based in Mumbai.
