As a Sales Manager in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing agent performance in the Agency Channel/POS Management. Your duties will include overseeing the common variables of segment way to the market such as Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures. It will be your responsibility to ensure a high active percentage of POS while controlling the attrition of POS Agents. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining the high productivity of the team and POS, managing the right level of channel engagement with the POS, and reconciling partner accounts while coordinating with all departments. You will work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for internal organizational improvements, focusing on management of loss ratios for profitability. Compliance with external bodies and authorities, as well as internal compliance, will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency, in addition to fulfilling other responsibilities as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and growth factors outlined for the position. The ideal candidate for this role should have 0 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a salary ranging from 3 to 4.25 lakh per annum. The position requires a male candidate with a Professional Degree in any Graduate/Post Graduate field. Key skills that are essential for this role include sales expertise, agency management, key account handling, and proficiency in insurance.
