As part of the Education Sales industry, we are looking for individuals with a Graduation/Post Graduation background for a Full-Time Sales/Business Development role. The working schedule is from Monday to Saturday (10 am - 7 pm). Responsibilities: - Engage and advise working professionals on Career Development Programs. - Initiate outreach through calls to leads and databases, converting prospects into sales. - Promote tailored management programs based on candidate profiles. - Maintain consistent communication with candidates through meetings, calls, and email correspondence. - Manage candidate databases and records. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Adhere to pre and post-sales procedures. - Collaborate actively as a team player to drive sales. Required Skills: - Proficiency in sales techniques. - Self-motivated with a strong commitment to achieving goals. - Genuine passion for sales. - Adaptability and a willingness to thrive in a competitive environment. - Professional and proficient in English and Hindi language.
