Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Explain product features, promotions, and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Upsell combo offers, new launches, or high-margin items to drive revenue.
• Manage POS billing, handle cash and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter and seating areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints gracefully and escalate to the store manager when required.
• Assist in stocking and organizing front-of-house items like takeaway cups, packaging, etc.
• Support team in peak hours with multitasking and positive energy.
• Collect and record customer feedback.
• Skills and QualificationsMinimum 12th pass; diploma or degree preferred.
• Prior experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed.
• Sales-driven with a passion for chai and customer service.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure.
