Job Description

Sales and Business Development: Identify and approach new clients (corporates, event planners, travel agencies, etc.). Promote hotel/restaurant services, packages, and special events to prospective customers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Follow up on inquiries and ensure client satisfaction. Marketing Support: Assist in promoting marketing campaigns for events, promotions, and packages. Support the team in social media promotions and advertising efforts. Booking Management: Assist in securing room bookings, banquet hall reservations, or restaurant event bookings. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Market Research: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify sales opportunities. Administrative Tasks: Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager. Use the CRM system to track leads, prospects, and conversions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
