Job Description
As a Sales Assistant at Sarthak Biotech, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, developing strategies to enhance company revenue, and fostering relationships with both potential and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, creating detailed business plans, and engaging in negotiations with stakeholders to ensure favorable terms. With 1-3 years of relevant Pharma sales experience, you will leverage your exceptional sales skills to establish meaningful connections with clients. Possessing good listening abilities, you will adeptly grasp client requirements and offer tailored solutions. Your interpersonal, analytical, and follow-up skills will be key to your success in this role. Motivated by targets, you will demonstrate flexibility in your work schedule and display proficiency in relationship and account management. Additionally, a solid understanding of real estate brokers and their business operations will be advantageous.
