Job Description: Lead the business development team to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition. Set and monitor sales and profitability targets for all outlets and the central kitchen. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control. Collaborate with outlet managers to improve sales performance and operational efficiency. Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies. Ensure alignment of business activities with organizational goals and brand values. Monitor and optimize the supply chain to support seamless operations across outlets. Develop and implement performance metrics to track and achieve business goals. Prepare and present business performance reports to the Board of Directors. Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns. Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and operational policies across the business.Guide and mentor the team, fostering a high-performance work environment. Drive continuous improvement in processes to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. Candidates having 5+years of experience preferred.
