The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and crafting innovative marketing strategies to position our brand as a leader in the architecture space. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and convert potential leads into long-term clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote architectural services. Manage social media platforms, online presence, and content strategy. Collaborate on branding initiatives to establish a strong market presence. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and other stakeholders. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the client base. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications & Skills MBA Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in sales or marketing (experience in architecture or construction industry preferred). Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
