As a Sales and Marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer satisfaction. You will conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs. Engaging with clients will be a key aspect of your role, involving arranging and participating in business meetings with prospective clients, as well as building long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will also include promoting the company's products/services while addressing or predicting clients" objectives, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client data. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in developing entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals. To excel in this role, you should have proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, with a track record of sales success. A minimum of 5 years of total work experience is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Sales, and Management. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is also preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and English is required, along with strong market knowledge, the ability to identify trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the capacity to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Effective time management and planning skills will be essential for success in this role. The position offers a full-time opportunity with an annual salary ranging from 4,00,000.00 to 5,00,000.00.
