Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team at Longefit . This role is ideal for candidates with around 2 or 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the fitness or health industry. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company in corporate tie-up meetings and partnerships with external organizations Willingness to travel as and when required for business development activities Supervise and support the Customer Relationship Executive team Oversee client conversion processes and monitor successful client onboarding Engage with leads and drive new client acquisition Build strong client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Malayalam.
