Position : Sales and Business Development Executive. Experience: Min 3 Years ( Sales / Business Development / Marketing to Automotive Tier-1s especially: Seating companies, Braking System companies, Power steering companies.) Pan India customer exposure of meeting and travelling to customers, participate in trade shows. Knowledge of EV companies will be an added advantage. Well, networked with customers Expert in competitor bench marking, customer profiling. Experienced and knowledgeable with customer systems Should have dealt with Customers purchasing, engineering and product development teams. Proficient in presentations, excel charts/ pivots / macros Should have experience in Annual planning, long term forecasts, management reporting, Sales and Industry Analysis and statistical knowledge Good negotiations skills, costing and commercial knowledge. Managing RFQs end to end), pricing / commodity / Share of Business Negotiations. Proficient in English. Eager to learn, target oriented and committed to meet customer satisfaction and sales target Global exposure will be added advantage.
