Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market penetration for the bakery's products (bread, cakes, pastries, etc.). Identify and target new customer segments (individuals, businesses, events, etc.) to expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry changes and opportunities. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to promote the bakerys offerings. Work with the creative team to develop content for social media, email newsletters, print materials, and advertisements. Organize promotional events, product launches, or seasonal campaigns to boost sales. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various platforms, addressing inquiries, feedback, and suggestions. Develop strategies to improve customer loyalty and repeat business. Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery of products. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, customer trends, and market feedback to the Sales and Marketing Manager. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to inform decision-making. Use data to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for business growth. Branding & Public Relations: Help maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints. Work with local influencers, food bloggers, or media outlets to generate publicity and build brand awareness. Participate in trade shows, fairs, or community events to increase the visibility of the bakery. Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure the timely availability of products for promotions and campaigns. Work closely with the finance team to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and sustainable.
