Job Title: SailPoint Developer

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business security requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SailPoint IAM components.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Development and Implementation:

    • Design and implement solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

    • Customize and configure out-of-the-box connectors and rules.

    • Develop workflows, rules, and reports within the SailPoint framework.

  • Integration and Support:

    • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications like Active Directory, databases, SaaS platforms, etc.

    • Provide L2/L3 level support for SailPoint applications and troubleshoot IAM issues.

    • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure successful deployment.

  • Maintenance and Optimization:

    • Maintain existing IAM environments and support upgrades or patching.

    • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for security and efficiency.

    • Handle certification campaigns, policy violations, and access request workflows.

  • Security and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards for IAM.

    • Implement identity governance controls including access reviews and role management.

  • Documentation and Training:

    • Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.

    • Provide training and support to internal teams as required.


Key Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

  • Proficient in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP).

  • Experience with SailPoint connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, and databases.

  • Understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), SOD, and access certification.

  • Experience with access request and provisioning workflows.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • SailPoint certification is a plus.

  • Knowledge of security standards such as SOX, ISO 27001, or NIST
