Job Description
You should have significant experience in the design, delivery, and sourcing of HSE training. Your responsibilities will include preparing HSE Management documents such as the HSE Management Plan, HSE Policies, Work Procedures, Permit to Work systems, S.O.P, Safe Working Instructions, Risk Assessment, JSEA, HAZID, HAZOP, Environmental Impact Assessment, Emergency Response Plan, HSE Trainings, Project HSE Risk Register, Plant & Equipment Checklist, Emergency Response Plan and Procedures, Project HSE Induction, Toolbox Talks, Pre-Task Talks, HSE Awareness Campaigns, HSE Audits, Disaster Management, etc. In this role, you will need to integrate health, safety, and environmental procedures, standards, and processes into the planning and execution of work while disseminating and recording HSE information and experience. You will be required to liaise with Statutory bodies and authorities for activities like testing of Lifting Equipment and monitor the effectiveness of learning principles and compliance with standards and regulations. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to interact and influence at all levels. A passion for developing people and a drive to achieve success are also important qualities. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting Health, Safety, and Environmental audits and inspections to identify and correct unsafe or unhealthy work conditions or practices. Developing and implementing processes for supervisor safety training and evaluating the effectiveness of loss control programs will also be part of your role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the option to work remotely.,
