Position: Safety Officer Location: Devanahalli - Karnataka Qualifications: Any Graduate + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety / ADIS Or PDIS Responsibilities: Should have Good knowledge of the Manufacturing industries & Industrial Safety Plan & implement Company & Customer EHS policies & program at site. Will work in coordination with the Customer EHS team. Monitoring UC & UA, LOTO, PPEs, MSDS, PTW, OHSA. Risk Assessment/Management (HIRA/JSA). Reporting of Accident/Incident with RCA & CAPA. EHS policies & procedures, Motivate & drive the team to follow safety rules & regulations at the workplace Leadership ability, communication, meeting & presentation skills Conducts safety meetings, training, audits, and inspections Ensure required PPEs are available at the workplace, identify corrective action plans, and implement. Prepare EHS monthly reports. Conduct safety Campaigns at the site. Capable of working in the EHS Global application site & ensure achieving global targets. MS Office- Proficient in PowerPoint presentation, Excel, Word Should be a good Team Player. Impart safety training to all Leadec employees i.e. PPEs, Lock Out & Tag Out, RA & HIRA, JSA, Work permits, Hazards, Behavioral based training, Crane & Hoist Safety, Electrical/Fire Safety, Machine guarding, Chemical Handling, Emergency Evacuation procedure, fall hazard, scaffolding & other EHS topics APPLY NOW,
