Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.

Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.

Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Monitor operations and employees to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and other relevant safety regulations.

Conduct regular safety drills and toolbox talks.

Coordinate with other departments to improve safety practices and resolve issues.

Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety concerns.
