Job Description

As a Safety Officer in a Spinning based industry, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This involves implementing and maintaining safety standards, conducting risk assessments, developing safety policies, and providing necessary training to staff members. You will be tasked with investigating any safety incidents, enforcing regulations, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma in Industrial Safety or a Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field. Additionally, having 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from 20k to 25k per month. In addition to the salary, you will also receive a monthly food allowance of Rs. 500 for three meals a day. Other benefits include health insurance, provident fund, and a yearly bonus. The work schedule for this role is during the day shift, and the work location is on-site.
