Job Description
As a Safety Manager at Pranav Doors & Windows Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety management systems and policies. Your role will involve investigating accidents and incidents, as well as taking corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment. Additionally, you will be tasked with training staff and workers on safety procedures and emergency responses. Coordination with external agencies such as safety inspectors and fire departments will also be a part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a preference for those with experience in the Faade Industry. A Degree/Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering or an Advanced Diploma in Safety is required. You should possess a strong knowledge of applicable safety laws and regulations, along with excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
