As a SaaS Sales Manager at Saffron Navigators Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our software sales efforts. Collaboration with key stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, is essential to align messaging and strategies for optimal results. Monitoring sales metrics and staying updated on industry trends will inform your strategic decisions, while leveraging CRM tools will enable effective pipeline management and customer record maintenance. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in SaaS or B2B software sales. Strong knowledge of SaaS sales processes, pricing models, and buyer journeys is necessary, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset are key requirements. While prior experience in the logistics industry is not mandatory, it is preferred.
