Additionally, you will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding teams to develop optimized high-quality code deliverables, ensuring continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of multiple technologies, understand architecture and design fundamentals, be familiar with testing tools, and agile methodologies. You should also possess an understanding of project life cycle activities, estimation methodologies, quality processes, and basics of business domain to comprehend business requirements. Strong analytical abilities, technical skills, and communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of technology and domain. You should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends is important, along with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
