You should have a minimum of 10 to 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with expertise in locations like Chennai or Bangalore. Your primary skills should include proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS framework, and native programming languages such as Swift and Kotlin. It is essential that you have prior experience leading UI-focused teams and successfully delivering modern front-end architecture, along with a solid understanding of design principles and performance optimization. Moreover, having experience in the banking domain is mandatory for this role. As a People Leader, you should have a track record of managing teams ranging from 3 to 15 members, taking ownership of delivery and architecture. You must have demonstrated your ability to lead end-to-end project teams effectively. Your past experience should also showcase your skills in hiring, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews for team members. Proficiency in Agile delivery practices is a prerequisite for this position.,
