Job Description: As a member of the Bringle Academy team, your responsibilities will include developing training manuals for end users and administrators. You will also be tasked with creating online training materials to facilitate learning on both the product and any changes in processes. This includes providing training on the application itself and the new context in which it will be used. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for groups ranging from 5 to 20 people. Assessing the effectiveness of the training delivered to candidates and determining the knowledge acquired will be a key part of your role. You may need to develop training assessments as necessary to evaluate the progress of the learners. Furthermore, managing resistance to change within the training process will be essential in ensuring smooth transitions and successful learning outcomes.
