Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Ruby on Rails and web development.

Qualifications:  

• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby, Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• ?Familiarity with testing frameworks such as RSpec or Minitest.
