Job Description

Experience: With a minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The salary for this position ranges from INR 1800000 to 3200000 per year, depending on your experience level. This is a full-time permanent position based in Pune, offering a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include independently developing multiple features, tests, and significant portions of a single product within a team. You will be expected to deliver multiple releases on time as per the agreed-upon roadmap, ensuring the timely shipment of enterprise-quality products across various platforms. As a senior member of the team, you will also be responsible for influencing the direction and work of more junior engineers, contributing to both Open Source and commercial products, and driving initiatives to improve processes, tooling, and quality metrics. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must hold a BS or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent field. You should have 4-7 years of professional software development experience and be proficient in Ruby. Experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications using Kubernetes is essential, along with a fundamental knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Continuous Integration systems such as Jenkins, writing tests, using testing frameworks, and adhering to industry coding standards are also necessary. A strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for technology will be key assets in this position.
