Job Description

As a Rubber Molding Machine Operator at our Meerut location on Delhi Road, your primary responsibility will be to set up and operate rubber molding machines, including compression, injection, or transfer molding. You will be tasked with loading raw rubber materials into molds, monitoring the molding process, and inspecting molded parts for defects or irregularities. Basic quality checks will also be a part of your routine tasks. In addition, you will be expected to trim, finish, and assemble molded rubber parts as required. It will be crucial for you to adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time to ensure both production efficiency and product quality are maintained. Keeping the machines and work area clean and safe is essential, along with identifying and reporting any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the maintenance team or your supervisor. Maintaining accurate production records and adhering to job order instructions will be necessary to ensure smooth operations. You will also be required to follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to guarantee a secure working environment.
