Job Description

You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining compression molding machines used in rubber product production. Your primary duties will include monitoring machine operation, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper material flow and curing times. It will be essential for you to inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Additionally, you will need to perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Working with raw rubber materials will also be a part of your daily tasks to ensure accurate mixing, molding, and curing processes. Safety protocols must be strictly adhered to, and you will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized work areas. In case of machine malfunctions, troubleshooting and resolving the issues promptly will be crucial to minimize production delays. You will also be expected to maintain production logs, quality control records, and shift reports. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and product quality is key. Following all company policies and regulatory guidelines regarding safety and environmental standards is mandatory. This is a full-time position with a 12-hour rotational shift schedule.
