Job Description: You are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience with a deep understanding of recording financial statements. Your educational background should include CA qualification and previous exposure to working in challenging and complex environments. Your responsibilities will include understanding sub ledger close processes and collaborating with AP and AR teams. You should possess a working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, although being proficient in both is not mandatory. Previous experience in resolving complex issues and finding effective solutions is required. Furthermore, you must have a thorough understanding of recording prior period items, adjustments, and the timing differences between US GAAP and IFRS. Experience in indirect tax workings and reconciliations, including distinguishing between tax claimable and claimed amounts, is essential for this role.
