This is what youll do at Innovsol Project Management: Lead and manage RPA projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure project goals are met Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Work closely with RPA developers to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders Business Analysis: Conduct basic business process analysis to identify automation opportunities Collaborate with offshore BA team for in-depth analysis and requirements gathering Understand and document business processes and requirements with support from the offsite BA team. Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements. Support the development and validation of business cases for RPA initiatives. This is what youll bring to our team: Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on UiPath projects. Strong understanding of RPA technologies Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience working with offshore teams Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) PMP or Prince2 certification a plus Past project experience in Nigeria a plus,
