As an RPA Manager/Lead in Indore, you will bring your 8-10 years of experience to spearhead automation initiatives, utilizing your expertise in RPA technologies, especially Microsoft Power Platform. Your role will involve leading a team of RPA developers, collaborating with various business units to identify automation requirements, and effectively communicating with clients and leadership through presentations, demos, and reports. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a track record of managing successful RPA projects. Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the RPA and Power Platform ecosystem is crucial for driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA/Power Platform, supported by a strong IT background spanning at least 8-10 years. Holding Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400 would be advantageous. Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism will also be beneficial. This full-time, permanent position requires you to work day shifts at the Indore office.
