Job Title: RPA Manager / Lead Location: Indore (Onsite) Experience: 810 Years Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) 6 months contract, with the potential for full-time conversion PREFERENCE TO IMMEDIATE JOINERS Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic RPA Manager/Lead to drive our automation strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers to ensure successful project execution. Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze process requirements for automation. Design and present impactful demos, reports, and presentations to internal leadership and clients. Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards in RPA implementations. Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA and Microsoft Power Platform technologies and recommend improvements. Requirements 810 years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years in RPA and/or Power Platform technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms is preferred. Note: This is a Contract to Hire (C2H) opportunity. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
