Job Description
The HR Automation Analyst role involves supporting the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the HR domain. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and troubleshooting robotic processes, ensuring their optimal performance, and addressing any exceptions that may arise. Collaborating closely with US counterparts, you will also identify and propose new automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of HR operations. You will play a key role in the launch and implementation of RPA solutions, collaborating with consulting service vendors to maintain and improve existing automation. Developing and testing automation workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, creating comprehensive process and end-user documentation, deploying RPA components, and taking ownership of various robotic processes will be essential responsibilities. As the HR Automation Analyst, you will continuously monitor robot performance to guarantee optimal operation and work with US counterparts to identify new automation solutions. Your role will also involve performing other ad hoc duties as required to support the overall objectives of the team. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of professional work experience. Proficiency in programming languages and database technologies, hands-on experience with UiPath technology, and expertise in business and technical requirements are essential qualifications. Familiarity with Human Resource processes or equivalent experience, experience with API integrations, and excellent communication skills are also required. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with no travel required.
