Responsibilities of the position:

• Develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to define detailed RPA process designs and documentation.
• Build reusable automation components and maintain existing bots for enhancement and support.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes.
• Monitor bot performance and resolve any issues during execution in production environments.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and provide ongoing support for RPA solutions.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on RPA best practices.
• Keep up to date with the latest RPA tools, trends, and technologies to recommend improvements.

Knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar automation role
• Proficient with one or more RPA platforms (preferably UiPath)
• Experience in automating web applications, desktop applications, and APIs
• Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and business rule implementation
• Familiarity with RPA best practices including logging, exception handling, and reusability
• Hands-on experience with orchestrators, schedulers, and control rooms
• Exposure to scripting languages like VBScript, Python, or JavaScript is a plus
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL), XML, and JSON
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
