Job Description

Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Register new patients and update existing patient information. Schedule appointments for patients with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate departments or staff members. Maintain accurate medical records and files. Process insurance claims and billing paperwork. Issue directions and provide information about hospital services and facilities. Assist patients with completing forms and questionnaires. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
