Job Description
You will be responsible for operating contour and gear form tester, adhering to the GD&T as per drawing and product specifications. It will be your duty to analyze MSA results and take necessary actions, prepare and track the master list, and ensure calibration of gauges and instruments. Your knowledge of MSA parameters such as GR&R, Bias, Linearity, and Stability will be crucial in this role. Understanding standards and tolerance levels for calibration is essential. Furthermore, you will handle multigauge and auto gauge operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Calibration of spline gauge, thread gauge, and knowledge of WCR Plugs will be part of your responsibilities.
