Other skill sets are Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on macroeconomic trends, global markets, and industry dynamics. Analyze large datasets related to company financials, economic indicators, and cross-country markets for strategy formulation. Monitor equity markets and asset classes, providing insights into market developments and potential risks. Assist in developing automated models for data analysis, incorporating statistical tools and techniques. Collaborate with the strategy team to generate thematic research reports and economic forecasts. Stay updated on financial regulations and policy changes that could impact market conditions. Support senior analysts in creating presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Skills Technical Proficiency: Strong coding and scripting skills (Python, R, SQL). Advanced Excel proficiency. Data Analytics: Experience in data cleaning, sorting, and automation using relevant tools. Research and Financial Knowledge: Sound understanding of financial statements, markets, and economic trends, with a passion for delivering actionable insights. Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Time Management and Adaptability: Excellent time management and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Compliance and Integrity: Adherence to ethical standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies. Compensation Negotiable based on interview and experience. Probation Period Six months with mentorship from a Senior Research team member Qualification BCom/ Masters in Finance/ CA/ CFA holder or pursuant (preferred),
