Job Title: Robotics Facilitator Location: Thanabhawan, Dist. Shamli (UP) Employment Type: Full-time (on-site) We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Robotics Facilitator to join our team and help shape the future of STEAM education. Job Description: As a Robotics Facilitator, you will be responsible for teaching students about Robotics, programming, Science and engineering principles. You will design and deliver hands-on lessons, workshops, and activities that foster creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Teach robotics concepts, programming, and engineering principles to students at various levels (elementary to high school). Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons and projects. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and problem-solving. Customize curriculum and lesson plans to meet the needs of different student groups. Work with other educators and staff to plan, organize, and execute robotics competitions, events, and after-school programs. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in robotics, programming, and education technology. Requirements: Proven experience in teaching or working with students, preferably in a robotics or STEM-related field. Strong knowledge of robotics, programming (e.g., Python, C++, Scratch), and engineering concepts. Experience with various robotics kits (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, VEX Robotics, or similar). Passion for working with students and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (preferred). Prior experience with creating curriculum or lesson plans is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary.
