Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UiPath Lead to oversee and deliver enterprise-level RPA solutions utilizing UiPath. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, practical development experience, and a comprehensive knowledge of RPA best practices and architecture. As a UiPath Lead, your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end RPA project delivery, transforming business requirements into scalable automation solutions, mentoring junior developers, and facilitating peer code reviews. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to assess automation feasibility and design. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining RPA architecture, developing reusable components, and establishing governance models. You will be tasked with troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing bots and workflows, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to SDLC and compliance standards. Your role will involve managing deployment, version control, and orchestration using UiPath Orchestrator, as well as driving process discovery, assessment, and prioritization sessions. Preferred skills for this role include a solid understanding of RPA tools, experience in AI/ML or Document Understanding, knowledge of cloud platforms and Git-based version control, proficiency in business process analysis and optimization, and familiarity with documentation tools. Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations is advantageous. In addition to technical proficiency, soft skills such as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into automation needs are crucial. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams is preferred. Candidates with certifications in UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism RPA Business Analyst and Scrum will be given preference for this role.,
