Job Title: RO Service TechnicianJob Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced RO Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair reverse osmosis (RO) water purification systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of water treatment systems and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Install RO systems and related equipment at customer locations. Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair of RO systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions and resolve issues promptly. Replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves, and other components as needed. Test water quality to ensure systems meet required specifications. Maintain accurate service records and complete service reports. Provide customer support and guidance on system operation and care. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Keep inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools. Coordinate with the service manager and report service activities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in plumbing, water technology, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an RO technician or similar field service role. Strong understanding of water filtration and treatment systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing. Certification in water treatment systems (preferred but not required). Experience working with residential, commercial, or industrial RO systems.
