Job Description

As a Recovery Doctor / RMO at our clinic in Ghatkopar/Borivali, you will be responsible for overseeing patient recovery during and after Ayurvedic therapies. Your main focus will be to monitor therapy progress, maintain patient vitals, and ensure that overall care standards are met within the clinic. Daily responsibilities will include checking patient vitals, documenting recovery progress, coordinating with therapists and senior doctors, conducting follow-ups on patient progress, and escalating any abnormalities to the senior doctor promptly. In addition, you will assist in therapy planning and implementation, maintain patient documentation, and collaborate with the clinic team to ensure standardized patient care protocols are followed. The ideal candidate for this role should have a BAMS qualification with Ayurveda experience preferred, along with at least 12 years of clinical experience in recovery or patient care roles. You should possess excellent communication skills, a holistic care approach, knowledge of basic vitals, report writing, and therapy tracking. Strong coordination, documentation, and observational skills are essential for this position. Additional expectations include being willing to work in a clinic-based setup with fixed or flexible shift timings, being proactive, organized, and a team player.
