Job Description
1. Take care of business development, expansion and property acquisition of COCO, CODO formats 2. Development / support in process strengthening / control measures (SOPs/Process) and ensuring their implementation. 3. Preparing and monitoring financial performance, capital and revenue budget, business plans and providing counter measures in case of any variance of the vertical. including invoicing, tax opinion, interacting with stakeholders for resolving issues and reconciliations. 5. P&L formulation & ROI analysis in coordination with finance department. 6. Conduct Valuation of properties through various IPC and generate insights for business decisions. 7. Ensure all corporate related and financing matters are well documented for auditing and reported in accordance with statutory requirements and compliances. 8. Organizing and Participation in CFT and vendor negotiation meetings for Vertical. 9. Internal coordination with Zonal teams, project team, legal team, Sales and service team and finance team. 10. In-dept understanding of real estate industry. 11. Maintaining strong relationships with Brokers / IPC / Land-owners Please note that the Educational qualification should be from AICTE/UGC approved colleges only.,
