Job Description

As a Risk & Credit Manager, you will be responsible for leading our credit risk strategy, adjudication processes, and decision models. Your expertise in credit policy and underwriting, combined with hands-on experience in advanced risk analytics and machine learning algorithms, will be crucial in strengthening our risk management framework. You will drive data-driven decision-making and implement scalable credit strategies that balance growth with robust portfolio quality. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and improving credit adjudication policies, designing and monitoring machine learning-based credit risk models, building portfolio monitoring dashboards, and using actionable insights from credit performance data to refine policy and product features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with internal risk policies and external regulatory guidelines will also be a part of your role. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Credit Policy roles within NBFCs, Banks, or Fintechs. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing credit adjudication frameworks, a good understanding of machine learning algorithms, exposure to global best practices in credit risk, and strong analytical skills are required. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of process improvement initiatives and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
