Your responsibilities will include building credit strategies, tracking Portfolio MIS, maintaining collection MIS, and collaborating with product and customer success teams for testing and implementation. You should have a process-oriented mindset to maximize operational efficiency, stakeholder management skills, and a willingness to adapt to the dynamic needs of a startup environment. To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL/Pyspark SQL, hands-on experience in data cleaning and feature creation using Python/Pyspark, and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
