Job Description

As a Risk and Compliance Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting service delivery through quality and risk management while enhancing compliance awareness. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to risk management protocols, increasing awareness of compliance policies and processes, and designing and deploying IT Risk Management, Security Governance, and Operational excellence to meet regulatory requirements for large scale technology projects. You will serve as the primary contact for Security governance, risk, and compliance, taking full accountability of the GRC domain including compliance related to clients" third-party risk management and supply chain risk management. You will be responsible for addressing security compliance related issues and challenges, driving for solutions by collaborating with various internal teams and third-party solution providers. Your role will involve defining and developing high-level operating procedures for seamless project operations, supporting the transition of projects from deployment to operations, and anchoring the design and implementation of governance processes for risk and compliance. Additionally, you will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all security governance initiatives, lead teams across various security governance towers, introduce innovative solutions like automation to increase productivity, and participate in client account planning discussions to ensure security level initiatives are accounted for. To excel in this role, you must have strong experience in designing and deploying security controls and processes for FS regulatory mandates, guidelines, and standards such as RBI Cyber Security Framework and NIST Framework. Possessing a Certified Information Security Auditor certification and demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, certification in enterprise security architecture framework is considered a good-to-have qualification. This position requires a total IT experience of a minimum of 18 years, with at least 10 years of experience in designing and deploying security controls and processes for financial institutions governed by regulators such as RBI, SEBI, and IRDA. The role is based at the Mumbai office and requires a minimum BE BTech qualification from a reputed university.,
