Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience and be a graduate engineer, preferably in Mechanical. They should have direct experience in Rice Milling, specifically in operations rather than in quality or supply chain functions. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing manpower, including Supervisors, Operators, and Helpers. In addition, the candidate should possess knowledge of Rice Milling equipment, including utilities, and be familiar with MIS systems for production reporting and batch production reporting. An understanding of stock and inventory management is also required for this role. Knowledge of SAP will be considered a strong advantage. While candidates from Wheat milling or other Food or FMCG industries will be considered, preference will be given to those with experience in the Rice Industry. This position requires someone with a strong background in production, mechanical engineering, and a proactive approach to operational challenges. Overall, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the production processes, managing manpower effectively, optimizing equipment performance, and ensuring efficient stock and inventory management.,
