Job Description
As an RF Engineer at Aether Semiconductors, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and integrating high-power RF equipment for semiconductor applications. Your responsibilities will include working on RF circuits, filter designs, coaxial cabling, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of RF power systems. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, optimize system performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives for existing RF equipment. In addition, staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in RF engineering will be essential to drive innovation within the company. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience working with high-power RF systems, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries. Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools, strong understanding of RF circuit design, and experience with high-power RF equipment integration are key qualifications. Additionally, familiarity with thermal management, EMI/EMC compliance, and RF shielding techniques will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include experience in the semiconductor or high-tech equipment manufacturing industry, hands-on experience with plasma generation, and knowledge of RF power supply and amplifier design for high-frequency applications.
