Job Description

As a Reward & Recognition Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various reward and recognition programs to motivate and engage employees. You will collaborate with HRBP and other stakeholders to ensure program alignment with company policies. Your role will involve overseeing policy and tool enhancements, along with monitoring program effectiveness through data analysis and employee feedback. You will be expected to prepare reports and dashboards to track program participation, impact, ROI, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will create engaging communication campaigns to promote recognition programs and manage vendor relationships for program delivery. Budget management and cost-effective program execution will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Human Resources and possess at least 7 years of experience in HR focusing on Rewards and Recognition or Total Benefits. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential qualifications. You should also stay informed about industry trends and be able to recommend enhancements to existing programs based on feedback and benchmarking.,
